Manufacturing Process KJVPET is the biggest manufacturer of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) bottles and preforms in Malaysia. PET Resin is used to produce PET Preforms which are then used to blow PET bottles using high pressure and bi-oriented process. This process involves the preforms to be heated below 90°C using infra-red heater. Through the use of a blow mould that is rotating and under extreme high pressure (about 40 bar) the preforms are transformed into PET bottles of specific size, shape and dimension. If required, approved masterbatch colourant is added to produce different colours of PET bottles.
